📍 What areas do you serve?
We serve within 75 miles of Grampian, PA with on-site delivery and professional setup. For events beyond that range, a travel fee applies — with no minimum mile exclusion. Mileage is always calculated from Grampian, PA. Add the Extended Travel Fee add-on at checkout.
📅 How do I book?
Browse our packages and add-ons, add them to your cart, and check out. For custom events or special requests, use our Contact page to reach us directly and we'll work out the details together.
⏰ How much notice do you need?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for standard orders. For large-scale events, corporate installations, or custom arrangements, 3–4 weeks is preferred to ensure availability.
📦 Do you ship balloons?
No — we do not ship. All of our balloon installations are delivered and set up on-site by our team. This ensures every display looks its absolute best for your event.
🎨 Can I customize colors and themes?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Contact us to discuss custom color schemes, themed arrangements, and personalized touches for your event.
🚗 What's included in the travel fee?
The Extended Travel Fee covers mileage from Grampian, PA to your event location. There is no minimum mile exclusion — even nearby locations can add this fee if needed. The rate is per mile, calculated from Grampian, PA. All event Packages are free delivery within 20 miles.
🧹 Do you handle teardown after the event?
Yes! Add the Teardown / Strike Fee to your order and our team will handle all post-event removal and cleanup of balloon decor and installations. This applies to Tier 1 & Tier 2 packages.
🎈 What types of balloons do you use?
We use premium balloon materials including chrome, foil, matte, double-stuffed, and standard latex balloons. Our garlands, arches, and clusters are built to impress and hold up throughout your event.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout through our secure Shopify store.
