🎈 Civic Events, Parades & Festivals Retainer

Focus: Municipal clients, community organizations, and civic event coordinators. Large-scale balloon decor for parades, festivals, grand openings, and community events — all in your exact brand colors, on a recurring retainer schedule.

✅ Strictly limited to 3 active municipal clients per year.
✅ 6-month minimum commitment. Billed flat on the 1st of each month.
✅ Pause Policy: 1-month pause available per 6-month term. Pause requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date.
✅ All hardware remains our property and is collected at end of term.

Level 1 — The Festival Footprint | From $225/month

Entry-level civic presence — balloon columns, clusters, and garlands for festival booths or community event entrances, in your exact brand colors.

• Bulk: 3+ deployments for $195/ea

⭐ Level 2 — The Hometown Pride Initiative | From $795/month

Level 1 PLUS: Balloon-wrapped streetlamps along your parade route or festival corridor, in your brand colors. Includes monthly refresh and quarterly redesign.

• Add-On: +$75 / extra wrapped streetlamp
• Bulk: 5+ for $50/ea

Level 3 — The Parade Spectacle | From $1,495/month

Levels 1 & 2 PLUS: Full parade float balloon decor, walking balloon crew, and optional balloon drop coordination — a complete civic event takeover in your brand colors.

• Add-On: +$1,200 / extra parade execution

🔄 How Refreshes & Swaps Work

• Monthly Refresh: We coordinate with your event schedule to keep all installations fresh and on-brand.
• Quarterly Swap: Full redesign four times a year aligned to your civic calendar.

🛡️ Hardware & Liability

All hardware remains our property and is collected at end of term. Standard wear-and-tear is covered. Catastrophic damage will result in a replacement charge.
