Extended Travel Fee (per mile from Grampian, PA)

Extended Travel Fee — $1 per mile

This fee applies to events located more than 20 miles from Grampian, PA (our base location), up to a maximum of 75 miles.

How to calculate your mileage:

1. Go to Google Maps (or any map app)
2. Enter Grampian, PA 16838 as your starting point
3. Enter your event venue address as the destination
4. Note the driving distance in miles
5. Subtract 20 (your free zone) — the remaining miles is your billable distance
6. Add that number of units to your cart (each unit = 1 mile = $1)

⚠️ Important: If the mileage entered at checkout is found to be inaccurate, a $25 overage fee will be applied to your final invoice. Please double-check your distance before purchasing.
